Teddy Hennes is the chief of staff at Gen Next, an exclusive membership organization that invites the best of citizen leadership – executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders – to create a better world for future generations by taking on challenges in economic opportunity, education, and global security. In his role, Teddy drives Gen Next’s mission forward by overseeing effective development and execution of systems, processes, and organizational objectives. He began his journey with Gen Next in 2014, and has a diverse background in causes from youth mentoring to Middle Eastern studies. 

Outside of Gen Next, you might find Teddy jamming on his piano, trying a new breakfast burrito, or looking for adventure on a beach somewhere. He lives in Huntington Beach with his 19-year old cat, Leo.
