As a Director at Gen Next, an exclusive membership organization, Natalie Alvarez connects powerful leaders to big ideas. She works with members to harness their might to tackle some of the weightiest issues of our time; economic opportunity, education, and global security issues. These issues create massive opportunity for future generations. 

As the first hire of the then start-up, she worked directly with the CEO in the planning, development and creation of all areas of the organizational infrastructure, with a primary focus in four main areas: organizational development, Gen Equity PACs, communications and marketing development, and curating elite member experiences.  

She’s passionate about diversifying leadership in government. In her spare time, she serves on the board for the California Women's Leadership Association (CWLA). CWLA convenes influential women to effect meaningful change in government and our communities through education and advocacy. 

She’s an avid reader and a lover of travel.
