Rob has spent more than 30 years involved in various disciplines across the athletic footwear and sportswear industry. He started as a sales associate at Footlocker. After moving up to Store Manager, Rob was then fortunate to join Reebok as a Field Service Representative.

After just a year, Rob was promoted and relocated to Asia. There, he spent the better part of 5 years as a Production Manager in Pusan South Korea and Bangkok Thailand, respectively. Rob then went on to spend 7 years based at Reeboks’ Global HQ in Stoughton Mass. He capped his Reebok tenure as the Co-Managing Director of Global Footwear Product Development.

Rob then joined adidas as the Global Basketball Business Unit Manager, based in Portland Oregon. While leading explosive growth for adidas basketball, Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit also continued to call. Enjoying a shared vision with 4 personal friends/business colleagues, the footwear/sportswear industry was disrupted via the collective founding of the first e-commerce sportswear brand, Dunk.net. 

Rob went on to contribute as a footwear and sportswear industry consultant, along with senior corporate roles at Skechers, Vans, and1 and Hoka One One. 

Evolving with the tech space and commerce-related digital platforms has kept Rob challenged and engaged. He is the COO of the casual-athletic luxury footwear brand, Thoroughly Crafted Goods and Co-Founder and CGO of Ballerz World, a basketball media platform.

Rob hails from Philadelphia Pa, where he majored in Communications at La Salle University.
