Ms. Weiser is an employment attorney an impartial workplace and campus investigator at DSWeiser Legal. She conducts investigations in all areas, including sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, sexual assault, violence, bullying, fraud and compliance. Prior to forming DSWeiser Legal, Deborah spent over twenty years working for Paul Hastings, LLP. Paul Hastings is one of the largest law firms in the United States, with over $1.26 billion of revenue in 2019. As a member of its Employment Law Department, Ms. Weiser defended Fortune 500 companies in nation and state-wide class and collective actions. She also provided strategic advice and innovative legal services necessary to help employers minimize litigation risk through effective workplace strategies. Deborah also served as the Senior Director, Head of Employment Law at Mattel, Inc. in El Segundo.

Since 2007, Ms. Weiser has been a Member of the Board of Directors of Menorah Housing Foundation (MHF), serving as Chair for the last seven years. MHF is a non-sectarian, non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that develops and manages 1,220 apartments in 18 buildings serving income-eligible persons age 62 or older. In addition to offering approximately 1,500 residents an attractive, affordable apartment, MHF provides outreach and tenant services to its residents.
